w345 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules, Player Rights, and Legal Obligations

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the w345 website accessible at w345.org and all associated sub-domains, mobile applications, and services operated under the w345 brand.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" means any individual who has registered an account on the w345 Platform or who accesses the Platform for any purpose.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the w345 Platform, containing the Player's balance, transaction history, and preferences.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player into their w345 Account in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) that are available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free spins, or other incentives credited to a Player's account by w345 under specific bonus terms and subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must bet using bonus funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process w345 conducts to comply with anti-money laundering obligations and to confirm Player eligibility.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country or territory where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law and where Players are not permitted to register or use the w345 Platform.
• "Irregular Activity" means any pattern of play, betting, or account behaviour that w345 determines to be fraudulent, abusive, exploitative, or otherwise inconsistent with legitimate gaming activity.
• "Services" means all products and features offered on the Platform including, without limitation, sports betting, live casino, online slots, instant games, and all associated banking and account management functions.

By accessing the w345 Platform for any purpose — whether browsing, registering, depositing funds, or placing a wager — you represent that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and that you accept them unconditionally. These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and w345.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms. In such cases, references to "you" apply equally to that person or entity.

w345 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The version number and effective date at the top of this document indicate the currently operative Terms.

Use of the w345 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on an ongoing basis:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. w345 strictly prohibits access by minors. The Platform enforces this requirement through KYC verification, and any account found to have been opened by a person under 21 will be immediately closed with all associated funds voided.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Restricted Jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your location.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are subject to any legal order or guardianship arrangement that limits your contractual capacity, you may not use the Platform.
• Single Account: You may hold only one active w345 account at any time. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is prohibited and will result in all accounts being suspended and funds being reviewed.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with w345 or any other gaming operator with which w345 shares exclusion data.

w345 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend account access pending verification of eligibility criteria.

To access real-money Services on the w345 Platform, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number.

You agree to maintain the accuracy of your registration information and to update it promptly if any details change. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance held therein.

KYC Verification: w345 is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawal requests. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents: government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport, or driving licence), proof of residential address dated within 90 days, and proof of ownership of any payment method used to deposit funds. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time period may result in account suspension.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. w345 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. You must notify w345 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised account access.

All financial transactions on the w345 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). w345 does not charge currency conversion fees. The Platform accepts the following deposit and withdrawal methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, SadaPay, and USDT via the TRC20 network.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your w345 account balance within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take between one and three business hours to reflect. Deposits made via USDT TRC20 are credited following network confirmation, typically within 10–20 minutes.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed after KYC verification is complete and any active bonus wagering requirements have been satisfied. Withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within 3–10 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business hours. w345 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, which may extend processing times.

Deposit Source: You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits from accounts belonging to family members or acquaintances — are strictly prohibited and will be reversed. Any funds originating from third-party sources may be voided at w345's discretion.

No Liability for Payment Provider Delays: w345 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking systems, mobile wallet networks, or blockchain confirmations. Estimated processing times are indicative and not guaranteed.

w345 offers various promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, PSL season promotions, cashback offers, and free-spin credits. Each promotional offer is subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games, and minimum deposit thresholds, all of which will be stated clearly at the time the offer is presented.

General Bonus Rules:

• Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for the relevant promotion. Failure to do so will result in the bonus balance and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• Where a Player holds both a real money balance and a bonus balance, the real money balance will be used first unless the Platform specifies otherwise for a particular promotion.
• Bonus offers are limited to one per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• w345 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have opted into a promotion at the time of modification will be notified of the change.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent registration, multiple accounts, collusion, or abuse of promotional terms will be voided in full, and the Player's account may be suspended.

Withdrawal Restrictions During Active Bonuses: While a bonus wagering requirement is active, withdrawal of real money funds may be permitted at the Player's discretion; however, doing so will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom. Players should review the specific bonus terms before initiating a withdrawal during an active promotional period.

All betting and gaming activity on the w345 Platform is subject to the specific rules applicable to each product or market. General rules applicable across all w345 Services are set out below.

Sports Betting: Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. w345 reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect or clearly erroneous odds. In the event of a match abandonment, cancellation, or rescheduling, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific sport's applicable rules as published in the w345 sportsbook rules documentation. PSL and other cricket markets are governed by the relevant match and tournament rules recognised by the International Cricket Council (ICC) and Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB).

Live In-Play Betting: Bets placed during live in-play markets are subject to the live odds displayed at the exact time of bet acceptance. Live odds fluctuate rapidly and w345 cannot guarantee that the odds displayed at the moment a Player initiates a bet will be the odds at which the bet is ultimately accepted. If odds change materially between initiation and acceptance, the Player will be notified and may choose to accept the new odds or cancel the bet.

Casino and Instant Games: All casino games and instant-game titles available on the w345 Platform are operated by certified third-party game providers and use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are determined by RNG and are statistically independent of previous outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-run averages and individual session results will vary.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting and gaming products and vary by market, game, and Player account level. These limits are displayed within each product interface and may be adjusted by w345 at any time without prior notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the w345 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit promotional offers.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic strategy designed to eliminate risk at w345's expense using bonus funds.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, money laundering, or any other criminal enterprise.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information during registration or KYC verification.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing w345 staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction using VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the underlying source code or technical infrastructure of the Platform.

All content on the w345 Platform — including but not limited to the w345 brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, imagery, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of w345 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written authorisation from w345.

Any unauthorised use of w345 intellectual property may constitute an infringement of copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

w345 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read the w345 Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described therein.

w345 collects personal data for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, anti-money laundering compliance, customer support, and improvement of Platform services. w345 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by w345, subject to any legal obligations that require w345 to retain certain data for specified retention periods. Data subject requests should be directed to the w345 support team.

By using the Platform, you consent to the use of cookies and similar tracking technologies as described in the w345 Cookie Policy. You may manage cookie preferences through your browser settings, though certain Platform functionality may be affected if essential cookies are disabled.

w345 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The Platform offers a range of responsible gaming tools accessible through every Player account dashboard, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality checks, cooling-off periods, and voluntary self-exclusion.

Self-Exclusion: Any Player who believes that their gambling behaviour is becoming harmful may request self-exclusion at any time by contacting w345 support via live chat or email. Upon activation of a self-exclusion period, the Player's account will be suspended for the requested duration, and the Player will be prevented from opening a new account during that period. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration of the selected period.

Deposit and Loss Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and loss limits through their account settings. Requests to reduce an existing limit take effect immediately. Requests to increase an existing limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before the increase is applied.

Age Verification: w345 strictly enforces the 21+ minimum age requirement. Where w345 has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player may be under the age of 21, account access will be suspended immediately pending satisfactory age verification. If age verification is not completed satisfactorily, the account will be permanently closed.

w345 encourages Players who are experiencing difficulties related to gambling to seek support from qualified responsible gaming organisations. If gambling is causing harm to you or someone you know, please reach out for help — you do not have to manage it alone.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, w345 excludes all liability for any loss or damage of any kind arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses sustained through betting or gaming activity on the Platform.
• Loss of data, revenue, profit, or goodwill arising from Platform unavailability, technical errors, or system failures.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Losses caused by third-party payment provider delays, errors, or failures outside w345's direct control.
• Consequential, indirect, special, or punitive damages of any nature.

Nothing in these Terms limits w345's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by w345's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. w345 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. w345 will make reasonable efforts to ensure Platform availability but cannot guarantee continuous access, particularly during scheduled maintenance windows.

Closure by the Player: You may request closure of your w345 account at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, provided all KYC requirements are satisfied and no active bonus wagering requirements remain outstanding.

Suspension or Termination by w345: w345 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months. In cases of termination due to Player breach, w345 may forfeit all or part of the account balance.

Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant if no login activity is recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. w345 will notify the account holder by email prior to applying any dormant account administration fee. The dormant account fee, where applicable, will be deducted from the account balance on a monthly basis until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the Player.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under w345's international gaming licence jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the w345 Platform, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

Complaints Procedure: If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the w345 Platform or Services, you should contact the support team in the first instance. w345 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 24 hours and to providing a substantive response within 5 business days. If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by the support team, you may escalate the complaint to w345's designated compliance officer.

For disputes relating to the outcome of a specific game or bet, w345's decision — made in consultation with the relevant game provider or sports data supplier — shall be final and binding, provided that it has been reached in good faith and in accordance with the applicable product rules.

Nothing in this clause prevents you from seeking redress through any regulatory body or dispute resolution service recognised under w345's applicable gaming licence.

w345 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, w345 will notify registered Players by email or via an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the updated Terms take effect. Non-material changes — such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications of existing provisions — may take effect immediately without prior notice.

The version number and effective date displayed at the top of this document indicate the currently operative version of the Terms. Archived versions of previous Terms are available on request from the w345 support team.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance.
